PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a double-hung window balancer device capable of being functionally and sufficiently fixed by only simple engaging control when a balancer device is mounted to a double-hung window frame. SOLUTION: The balancer device 5 includes an upper engaging piece 19a projected to an upper side in a jamb side and, at the same time, is equipped with a mounting plate section 10A having a lower engaging piece 19b projected to a lower side, a mounting bracket 6 fixed to an upper position of the jamb has at least an upper engaging groove 23d opened in the vertical direction and a lower engaging groove 24d, the upper engaging piece 19a of the balancer device 5 is engaged with the upper engaging groove 23d of the mounting bracket and, at the same time, the lower engaging piece 19b of the balancer device 5 is engaged with the lower engaging groove 24d of the mounting bracket 6 to permanently fix the balancer device 5.
