PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a heat-peeling off type adhesive tape or sheet having good basic adhesion characteristics such as an initial adhesive force, retaining force and also easily being peeled off from an adhered material by a heat treatment. SOLUTION: This heat-peeling off type adhesive tape or sheet obtained by applying a solvent-less type photo-curable adhesive obtained by adding blowing agent particles to a photo-curable adhesive consisting of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, a polar group-containing monomer, an acrylic polymer having an active functional group, and a photo-polymerization initiator as main components on one side surface or both surfaces of a base substrate, is prepared by using an acrylic polymer having a functional group capable of crosslinking by reacting with radical active species as the above acrylic polymer having the functional group, and a compound generating nitrogen gas on heating and also generating the radical active species as the above blowing agent particles.
