PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cope with variation in standard time without having by adverse effect on respective terminal devices nor the processing of respective processes. SOLUTION: When a terminal device PS1 inquires the standard time of a time managing device 11 according to need, the time managing device 11 sends standard time information to the terminal device PS1 having inquired the standard time together with an added flag indicating summertime operation time or test operation time. The terminal device PS1 having received the standard time information extracts the flag from the reference time information and judges whether or not an offset value needs to be updated, when the flat indicates the summertime operation time, the standard time information is compared with time information measured by an internal timer to determine whether the standard time varies, and the offset value at non-summertime corresponding time is updated, but when the flag indicates the test operation time, the updating process for the offset value is stopped. |
