PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is possible to operate a half damper pedal with a satisfactory response regardless of the individual difference or deterioration of the half damper pedal. SOLUTION: This converter of an electronic musical instrument is provided with a half damper pedal (1) for performing an output corresponding to an operating position, a detecting means (3) for detecting the maximum operating position output and the minimum operating position output when the half damper pedal is operated at the maximum operating position and the minimum operating position, and converting means (4, 5) for converting the output of the half damper pedal according to the detected maximum operating position output and minimum operating position output of the half damper pedal. |
