<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve timing accuracy by lowering the non-linearity of a timing clock. SOLUTION: After initialization by a loop adjusting method, the amount of displacement from a delay set value of the amount of delay during actual operation at the end point of a preceding section among two sections adjacent to each other and the amount of displacement at the start point of the following section are sequentially matched with each other for every 2ns sections from the side of the start point of a test period (32ns) to accumulate the amount of displacement within each section. On the accumulated amount of displacement, the accumulated amount of displacement at the end point of the test period is obtained, and the accumulated amount of displacement is divided by the section number 16 within the test period. The value obtained by multiplying the obtained value by division by the value (N-1) obtained by subtracting 1 from the order number N of the sections from the start point of the test period is obtained for each section as the correction value for the section.</p> |
