PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacky label excellent in hot melt coating property, having good tacky characteristic and further excellent in weather resistance and heat resistance. SOLUTION: This tacky label uses an ultraviolet light-curing type acrylic hot melt tacky agent containing (A) 100 pts.wt. acrylic polymer and (B) 0.01-10 pts.wt. benzophenone and/or derivative thereof as a tacky agent layer. The acrylic polymer (A) is obtained by polymerizing (a) 5-50 wt.% (meth)acrylic alkoxy (poly)alkylene glycol adduct with (b) 1-15 wt.%α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid and (c) 35-94 wt.% copolymerizable vinyl monomer other than the above compound and has <=-10 deg.C glass transition temperature and 90,000 to 150,000 weight-average molecular weight.
