PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-absorbing wall and a sound-absorbing wall structure, which is lightweight and compact and has an excellent sound-absorbing effect. SOLUTION: Noise pulsation is introduced from a plurality of opening sections and reflected by an interior wall in a house section type noise denying unit containing hollow triangular-shaped cross section having a vertical angleθof 45 deg.<=θ<=75 deg., these pulsation is made to collide and attenuated in approximately the same phase, and pulsation remainder is absorbed by a sound absorbing material arranged to a rear section as required. The sound-absorbing effect can further be improved by using a vibration-control metal plate besides various metal plates and a synthetic-resin board for a structure member.
