PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and inexpensive thermoplastic elastomer composition capable of giving a two-color molded article having sufficient adhesive strength together with an ABS by the same working process as that for a PVC. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition is mainly composed of a styrenic elastomer having a number-average molecular weight of at least 70,000 in particular, among styrenic etastomers known as a hydrogenated block copolymer, as the component (a). A thermoplastic polyurethane as the component (e) is added in the presence of the component (a), a paraffinic oil as the component (b), a polar group-modified styrenic elastomer as the component (c), a copolymer of propylene with a 2-8Cα-olefin as the component (d) and a silicone oil as the component (f) to effect alloying to realize excellent melt adhesion properties to an ABS.
