SOLUTION: This pipe measuring device comprises the pipe p having reinforcing materials h regularly continued in the axial direction while keeping a prescribed space, a pipe feeding mechanism for axially feeding the pipe, an optical sensor S for checking the passing of the reinforcing materials h of the pipe p fed axially from the pipe feeding mechanism, and a measurement control mechanism A for receiving the signal of the optical sensor to count the passing number of the reinforcing materials in the axial direction and converting the counted passing number into the length.
