PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff structure of an exterior-wall joint and an exterior- wall panel, by which leakage of water to the indoor side can be prevented surely and which can also be executed easily. SOLUTION: A performed elastic sealing material 7 is held between the edge section of the rear of the exterior wall material 4 and a column 2, and the exterior-wall joint 10 is cut off. The performed elastic sealing material 7 is installed previously at the edge section of the rear of the exterior wall material 4, and a section between the edge section of the rear of the exterior wall material 4 and the column 2 is cut off by abutting the sealing material 7 against the front section of the column 2 under a pushed state. The inside of the joint 10 is filled with an amorphous elastic sealing material 6 for primary cutoff.
