PURPOSE: A height-adjustable support plate is provided to use conveniently by regulating length without lifting up a support and to prevent the damage of a floor. CONSTITUTION: The height-adjustable support plate comprises a fixing bracket(24) fixed respectively to guide grooves(4) formed on the lower part of a support(2) and provided with a spiral hole(20) formed on the center; a lead screw(26) whose one side is screwed down the spiral hole(20) of the fixing bracket(24); a frame(28) fixed to the other side of the lead screw(26) to simplify the rotation of the lead screw(26); and a bearing block(30) fitted between the frame(28) and a floor to support the frame(28) to be rotated.
