PURPOSE: A portable wireless terminal capable of separating LCD modules is provided to have an earpiece including a speaker device installed on the top side of the terminal, and to have a microphone device including a microphone installed on the lower side of the terminal, then to set or separate the LCD modules from set units installed on the front/back side of the terminal, so as to enable multilateral information exchanging while the line is busy. CONSTITUTION: An earpiece(11) having a speaker device is installed on the top side of a body(10). A microphone device(12) having a microphone is installed on the lower side of the earpiece(11). The earpiece(11) and the microphone device(12) are installed on the side of the body(10), to maximumly extend the size of a display(21) of LCD modules(20,30). LCD modules(20,21) are installed on the front and the back side of the body(10), to simultaneously perform displaying/data inputting functions.
