PURPOSE: A connecting rod device is provided to improve the durability of the connecting rod by performing the lubrication and cooling of a bush. CONSTITUTION: A connecting rod device is composed of a connecting rod part; a small end part(24) formed on the one end of the connecting rod part, and coupled with a piston pin and a bush; and a big end part formed on the other end of the connecting rod part, and coupled with a crank shaft. A coupling hole(24a) of the small end part is coupled to the bush. An oil remains in the inner face of the coupling hole of the small end part. And a lubrication cooling part performs the lubrication and cooling of the bush.
