NANORODS(ANISOTROPIC NANO PARTICLE) AND SYNTHESIS PROCESS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a synthesis process of nanorods which shows anisotropy in shape to induce magnetic anisotropy so that it can be widely applied to new magnetic materials with excellent property. CONSTITUTION: The synthesis process of the nanorods comprises the steps of: (i) pyrolyzing organic metallic precursors, which are stabilized by a first surfactants, at 200-400deg.C to separate synthesized spherical nano particles; and (ii) using a second surfactant, which shows greater surface binding power with metallic nano particles than the first surfactant, to do surface exchange reaction with the spherical nano particles for synthesizing the nanorods grown in long direction.
