SUBSTANCE: proposed hatch with cover has hatch body 1, cover 2 with support ring 7 loaded by cross- bar 3 and pressed to sealing ring gasket 8 of hatch neck. Ring balloon 9 made of flexible material and connected with compressed air line is installed on inner surface of hatch body made in form of truncated cone. Change-over valve and shutoff valve are installed in compressed air line. Cover is provided with skirt 13 made in form of truncated cone and enclosed by ring balloon. Having closed the cover, air is pumped from brake line into ring balloon which, being inflated, encloses tightly the skirt, thus providing adequate sealing. Conical surfaces of body and skirt provide additional pressing of cover with support ring to sealing ring gasket. EFFECT: improved sealing of hatch. 1 dwg
