cutting of polymeric tubes in building, petrochemical and other industry branches. SUBSTANCE: machine has cutting mechanism in the form of two mutually engaging annular members. One annular member is rigidly secured to frame of machine by means of strut, other member is mounted with possibility of rotation relative to first member. Disc cutting organs joined with rotary annular member are mounted with possibility of rocking motion on rigidly secured annular member.
