PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is impossible for a customer to purchase contents since the music name or performer's name of music contents broadcast on a television or a radio or contents flowing as a BGM in a city is not known. SOLUTION: A contents provider embeds a music name, a performer's name, and a music ID in contents as an electronic watermark, and a customer reads it by a watermark extracting means installed at terminal equipment.
