PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for filling and also to realize sure formation when a core of a long optical waveguide is formed in the advancing direction of light by utilizing a capillary tube phenomenon. SOLUTION: When a core material is filled in a groove 101 being a region for forming the core in a clad 10 by utilizing the capillary tube phenomenon, the time required for filling is shortened by providing plural opening parts 111-113 for pouring the core material into the core region. Thus, the sure core is formed. |
