PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise by swiveling of a swivel unit which vertically moves a diaphragm, in a small-sized pump using the diaphragm. SOLUTION: In the small-sized pump 21 of this invention, having a plurality of diaphragms 24, 24 formed with a pump chamber 23, 23 in a case 22 to swivel a swivel unit 26 by an eccentric rotary shaft 30 to vertically move the diaphragm 24, 24 by the swivel unit 26 so as to make pump action, the small-sized pump, constituted by forming a recessed part 32 extended from the case 22 to be opened downward in an extension part 31 provided in a center part of this case 22 and forming a recessed part 35 opened upward in a position distant from a center position of a rotary unit 34 arranged in a lower side of this case 22 to additionally floating fit upper/lower ends of the eccentric rotary shaft 30 secured to be inserted in a center part of the swivel unit 26 respectively to the two upper/lower recessed parts 32, 35, is tendered.
