PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine device having a ventilation structure capable of efficiently exhausting the hot air partially generated in an engine chamber. SOLUTION: The engine chamber 11 is located in an enclosure 10, which is equipped with a suction port 26 and an exhaust port 20, and formed to be in a sealed state, and an engine 12 is located in the engine chamber 11. An inlet port 23 of a ventilating duct 21 is opened to a part of which temperature is high in an exhaust system of the engine 12. The hot air in the engine chamber 11 is guided to the exhaust port 20 of the enclosure 10 by the ventilating duct 21. The exhaust system of the engine 12 is equipped with exhaust pipes 13a and 13b, an exhaust turbine 14, and a muffler 15. The ventilating duct 21 is located along the muffler 15. The inlet port 23 of the ventilating duct 21 is opened to an inlet part 15a of the muffler 15. An ejector 16 is provided on the exhaust port 20 of the enclosure 10. The hot air in the ventilating duct 21 is sucked with the usage of engine exhaust pressure to be discharged outside of the enclosure 10 and discharged to the outside.
