PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative panel for a wall face and a ceiling surely fixing a reinforcing plate to a panel body made of a stone material, etc. SOLUTION: This decorative panel comprises the panel body 2 having lock grooves 1 and 1 to the upper and lower ends respectively, the reinforcing plate joined with the rear face of the panel body 2, and connecting metals comprising embedded members 4 for connecting the panel body 2 to the reinforcing plate 3 and bolt members 5. The embedded members 4 are installed in respective connecting grooves 6 and 6 of the panel body 2 beforehand and moved to connecting portions 6a, then elastic adhesive is applied on the rear face of the panel body 2, the reinforcing member 3 is stuck thereto, the respective bolt members 5 are inserted through the respective bolt holes 7 and 7, the respective bolt members 5 are threadly engaged with the nut portions of the embedded members 4, and the sticking joint between the panel body 2 and the reinforcing plate 3 is reinforced and firmly joined and fixed.
