PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality wallpaper satisfying sufficient quality required for the wallpaper, such as resistance to water penetration, antifouling properties and design, especially to provide the high-quality wall paper not only capable of preventing aperture based on badness of resistance to the water penetration, having improved open time, and having extremely superior operability, but also having excellent design. SOLUTION: This wallpaper is obtained by laminating a foaming layer comprising a foaming agent and a crosslinkable resin composition, a nonwoven fabric layer, and an antifouling resin layer in order. The foaming agent in the foaming layer comprises 50-95 wt.% expandable capsule foaming agent, and 50-5 wt.% degradation gas-generating foaming agent. The crosslinking component of the foaming layer penetrates into the nonwoven fabric layer, and the crosslinking reaction is occurred at both layers to substantially integrate the foaming layer and the nonwoven fabric layer.
