PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability by preventing paper sheets from skewing in a paper sheet feeding device for one-by-one separating and conveying a plurality of paper sheets such as paper money. SOLUTION: This paper sheet feeding device comprises a plurality of feed rollers 12a and 12b, separation rollers 13 and 14, conveying rollers 15 and 16, etc., and one-by-one separates and conveys the paper sheets 11. A load member 17 is provided whose portions confronting the plurality of feed rollers comprise rigid body parts 17a connected to each other by a flexible part 17b. This equalizes pressing force of the respective feed rollers, thereby preventing the skew to enhance reliability.
