PURPOSE: A method and a device for searching a 5W1H(Who, When, Where, What, How and Why) database system are provided to avoid repeating same searching by storing a searching result in a storage of personal account. CONSTITUTION: When an Internet user searches and connects to an Internet searching site, the user moves to a desired site by clicking a part linked with the most desirable result in the searched result(2). A searching keyword together with the data of the part corresponding to the moved searched result and a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) address of the linked site is stored in a storage having a user account of computer system(4). If the user moves to a corresponding site by clicking the link, goes out to the searched result and goes into another site(5), the system determines whether the site is intended by the user or not and the site gets a lower weight for listing the searched result(6). In case of not going out, the site gets a high weight(7) and the weight probability information store in a storage.
