PURPOSE: A cyber chain shopping mall system for EC(Electric Commerce) and a method for constructing and utilizing thereof are provided to enable a total sale of whole shopping mall to increase by diversifying a sales method of EC. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a database(100), a main shopping mall site(200), a plurality of chain shopping mall sites(300) and a payment site(60). The database includes a main shopping mall table(10), a main shopping mall products table(20), a chain shopping mall products table(30), a chain shopping mall table(40), an administrator table(50) and a relationship of each table. The main shopping mall site is operated based on a web server(400) providing a web service that is constructed by referring the main shopping mall tables and includes the products list of main shopping mall products table. The chain shopping mall site has a separate domain name and address in spite of being constructed on the basis of the web server, and includes the web pages generated with the cyber chain mall information and a products list of chain shopping mall products table. The payment server is outputted to the main shopping mall site in case that the user decides a buying of products.
