PURPOSE: An impact resistant poly(methyl methacrylate) resin and an extrusion or injection molding product using the resin are provided, which resin is improved in the impact resistance, the color and the optical properties. CONSTITUTION: The poly(methyl methacrylate) resin comprises an innermost layer comprising methyl methacrylate or methyl methacrylate copolymer; a middle layer comprising butyl acrylate copolymer or butadiene copolymer; and an outermost layer comprising methyl methacrylate or methyl methacrylate copolymer, wherein the molar ratio of the methyl methacrylate of the innermost layer to the methyl methacrylate of the outermost layer is 1:0.5 to 1:15, and the middle layer contains a UV stabilizer and a toner. The particle of the innermost layer has a size of 50-200 nm and is spherical; and the thickness of the middle layer and the outermost layer are 10-150 nm and 10-2,000 nm, respectively.
