PURPOSE: A muffer device is provided having an improved noise-reducing and a compressed water discharging property. CONSTITUTION: A round body(2) is connected with an exhaust pipe at one side and a tail pipe at the other side. A front wall(3) and a rear wall(4) partitions the inner space of the round body into a first, second, third space. A reinforcing baffle has a U-shaped cross section in the second space. An exhaust gas introducing pipe(6) is connected with the exhaust pipe and extends to the third space so that the opened rear part is exposed in the third space(12). A connection pipe is installed to connect the second space(11) and the third space(12). An exhaust gas discharging pipe(7) is connected with the tail pipe.
