PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle blocking member manufactured easily using module members. SOLUTION: This module member 10 includes at least two module parts 1, 2, 3, and is provided with edge part zones 16A, 16B formed to correspond to neighboring module part edge parts to be overlapped at least partially in a blocked position. All the module parts 1, 2, 3 are integrally connected and are shaped to be conformed to an intended contour of the vehicle blocking member, groove-like recesses 16 are constituted at least in an outer face 16A of the module member 10 in edge part areas where two of the module parts 1, 2, 3 contact respectively each other, and a contour of the groove-like recess 16 is constituted by combining desired contours of the edge part zones 16A, 16B of the neighboring module parts 1, 2, 3 in the intended vehicle blocking member.
