PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hinged lid fitted into a neck of a hollow container in such a structure that the lid can be easily separated from a container body using a bottle opener, an appearance is good, and the lid is simple to mold and inexpensive to manufacture. SOLUTION: The hinged lid 7 comprises a fitting cylinder 5 fitted into a neck 1a of a hollow container 1, and a lid 6 for sealing an opening of the container which are coupled via a hinge 8 with an openable/closable. The hinged lid 7 is integrally molded by injection-molding a thermoplastic resin. Two longitudinal weakened lines 9a are formed on an outer cylinder sidewall 5b of the fitting cylinder 5 of the hinged lid 7, while a peripheral weakened line 9b connected with the two weakened lines is formed on a top wall 5c. A slit 9c is formed at a lower end of an engaging protrusion 5f with which a bottle opener on the outer cylinder sidewall 5b is to be engaged, and in addition both ends of the slit 9c are connected with the peripheral weakened line 9b formed on the top wall 5c to allow the slit to be torn. Thus, the hinged lid 7 is obtained with the lid 6 of the hinged lid 7 fitted into the neck and the fitting cylinder 5 simply separable from the container body when discarding the container. |
