PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid storage container which can receive and discharge a small quantity of a liquid without contamination by microorganisms and which is easy to manufacture, and a method of manufacturing the container. SOLUTION: The container has a sealed housing 5 formed by welding a container wall material having at least an innermost layer comprising a thermoplastic resin. A discharge hole forming portion formed continuously with the housing 5 is sealed by an easy-to-peel welded part 9.
