PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sleeve holder for a submarine repeater having good operability when the protective sleeve is housed into a storage groove of the holder or it is picked up from the storage groove. SOLUTION: The protective sleeve holder is provided with a notched part 3, a groove forming part 4 in which a groove 5 to store the protective sleeve 6 is formed on both sides of the notched part 3, and an elastic body supporting part 8 to support an elastic body 7 for pressing down the protective sleeve 6 stored in the groove 5 of the groove forming part 4 with the notched part 3.
