PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor material having durability, little rolling resistance, and abrasion resistance and easy cleanability. SOLUTION: This floor finishing material consisting of an elastic material having its surface formed in relief is characterized in having irregularly dispersed recesses 3 on the surface, wherein the recess has a narrow and long shape, the recesses are partially contacted or cross to each other, and has the depth (T) 0.02 mm-0.2 mm, width (B) 0.2 mm-2.5 mm, and length (L) 5 mm-50 mm.
