SOLUTION: The strip cleaning alkaline solution from a liquid introducing pipe 2 is put into the tank 1 by downflow on a slope 3 of a gentle gradient disposed in the tank 1 and the downflow of the foam on the alkaline solution flowing on this gentle-gradient slope 3 is suppressed by a suppressing means 4.
