PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound having an excellent somatostatin receptor- binding inhibitory activity, and useful for prevention and treatment of diseases associated with somatostatin. SOLUTION: This amine derivative is a compound expressed by the formula (1) [wherein, X, X' are each H, fluorine atom, chlorine atom or amino; R1, R2 are each H or a 1-6C alkyl, or R1, R2 forms a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ring together with an adjacent nitrogen atom; Y, Q are each a bond or a 1-6 atoms spacer in its main chain; T1, T2 are each =C(R9)(wherein, R9 is H, hydroxyl or a 1-9C alkyl), =N- or =C=; ... is a single bond or double bond; and Ar is an aromatic group, a 3-9C cycloalkyl group, 3-9-membered saturated heterocyclic ring, H or a halogen atom] or its salt.
