PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gel cosmetic which is filled in a capsule, always fresh each time of use, resulting from groping for the usefulness of vitamins as a cosmetic raw material, aiming at ensuring the stability of cosmetic ingredients, cutting and absorbing ultraviolet radiations and preventing air oxidation without leaving a capsule skin during the use and without making a sandy feeling remain in a hand or a face. SOLUTION: This gel cosmetic filled in the capsule consists essentially of at least retinol and a placental extract and is obtained by sealing the retinol in each capsule composed of collagen, on the other hand, formulating the placental extract and other ingredients with a gel comprising a UV cutting and absorbing ingredient mixed therein and hermetically sealing the capsule and gel in a container equipped with an air pump and a dispenser. The capsule is split open in the dispenser part every time the cosmetic is used to mix the retinol confined in the capsule with the placental extract and other ingredients formulated with the gel and the always fresh cosmetic can be used.
