PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To palletize rolled products formed by a slitter on a pallet with simple work. SOLUTION: In this take-up palletizing device integrally mounted on the slitter 1 having winding shafts 2 supported in an overhung state, inner clamp- type receiving shafts 7 rotatable at least at 90 degrees are mounted on tip parts of arbitrarily movable arms 4, 5 through attachments 6, and the rolled products R can be balanced on the receiving shafts 7 in a fixed state, and can be moved to an arbitrary position in a balanced state. As the rolled products can be palletized on the pallet with simple work such that the rolled products formed by the slitter are transferred and attached to the receiving shafts as they area by being slid on the take-up shafts, and then loaded on the pallet while taking the balance, the palletizing, work of the rolled products from the take-up shaft of the slitter can be saved in labor and the total space of the device can be reduced.
