PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid and efficient coagulation factor deficient plasma manufacturing method using a method different from an immuno-adsorption method without using any plasma of a congenital deficiency disease patient and to provide a coagulation factor deficient plasma maintaining activity of material plasma itself, coagulation factor deficient plasma for coagulation factor measurement, plasma for precision control, and a measurement reagent kit containing the plasma. SOLUTION: When a synthetic polymer having a specific coagulation factor adsorbing function is mixed in human/animal plasma, the coagulation factor deficient plasma, from which a specific coagulation factor is removed by adsorption or the plasma for coagulation factor measurement or precision control is manufactured. The specific plasma coagulation factor is a coagulation factor V and/or a coagulation factor VIII. The synthetic polymer is used by a ratio of 0.5-50 W/V% to the plasma volume.
