PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper sheets processing device capable of being miniaturized by reducing the moment of inertia of a supporting frame supporting a pair of attitude correction rollers. SOLUTION: An attitude correcting device 8 for correcting the attitude of bills conveyed by a conveying means is composed of a pair of correction rollers 37, 28 for holding and conveying the bills, a supporting frame 34 for supporting the pair of correcting rollers 37, 38, a first driving motor 54 separated from the supporting frame 34, and rotating and driving the pair of correcting rollers 37, 38, and a second driving motor 48 for inclining the pair of correcting rollers 37, 38 at a predetermined angle to the conveying direction of the bills by rotating the supporting frame 34.
