摘要 |
PURPOSE: A submerged membrane coupled activated sludge process using alum is provided to prevent effluent flux from being lowered by deposition of activated carbon cake and membrane fouling as well as increase phosphorus removal rate, thereby lowering phosphorus concentration in effluent. CONSTITUTION: The submerged membrane coupled activated sludge process comprises a diffuser(23) which is connected to an activated carbon tank(21) for supplying air bubble thereinto; a membrane module(22) which is located above the diffuser and connected to effluent suction pump(24). The present invention is characterized in that into the activated sludge tank, 0.5 to 5 times of alum, based on the phosphorus concentration of influent, is supplied continuously or intermittently into influent.
