PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas grill by which the temperature of the material to be grilled can be precisely detected and properly controlled. SOLUTION: In a both-side grilling gas grill, a partition 10 for vertically partitioning the inside of an exhaust cylinder 8 projecting into the cylinder 8 from a rear-side opening 9 at a position which is higher than the height position of installing a grill 5 and lower than a part being the exhaust layer of the whole exhaust is provided. A lower exhaust path from a grilling chamber 2 to an exhaustion port 14 via the lower part of the opening 9, a lower exhaust passage 11 under the partition 10, a communicating path 12 in the rear of the partition 10 and an upper exhaust passage 13 over the partition 10 is formed and an upper exhaust path from the chamber 2 to the port 14 via the upper part of the opening 9 and the passage 13 over the partition 10 is formed. A temperature detection means such as a temperature sensor 15 is provided in the neighborhood of the path 12 in the rear of the partition 10.
