PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for attachment nail, an attachment nail using the substrate, and manufacture thereof, which substrate is for manufacture of attachment nail on which an image of arbitrary color, figure, photo, character, etc., selected by a user can be printed with high water resistance. SOLUTION: This substrate 1 for attachment nail is made of a film or a sheet whose one side can be printed by dye sublimation printing or thermal fusion transfer printing for display of color, figure, photo, character, etc., for an attachment nail. The attachment nail and manufacture thereof are to apply the display of color, figure, photo, character, etc., for an attachment nail by dye sublimation printing or thermal fusion transfer printing.
