PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device equipped with a constitution wherein an economical burden to a user can be reduced by obtaining the calculation data for a consumption amount only when a plate making process regarding a printing is successful, or only when an ink is actually replenished, taking problems in the calculation of a master or the consumption amount of the ink into consideration. SOLUTION: For this printing device equipped with a plate-making device of which the master can be replaced, a designating means 26, a counter 27, a printing start commanding means 28, and a control section 8 are provided. In this case, the designating means 26 performs a size designation for a master to be loaded. The counter 27 counts the consumption amount of the master. The printing start commanding means 28 starts the printing after the plate-making. With the input side of the control section 8, the size designating means 26, the counter 27 and the printing start commanding means 28 are connected, and with the output side of the control section 8, a master consumption amount display means 29 is connected. Also, when a new master is loaded, the control section 8 counts up the counter 27 at a point when the printing by the master is started, and displays the consumption amount of the master by the consumption amount display means 29. |
