PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a good-quality composite foam without impairing the original purpose of increasing the biomass content of the foam. SOLUTION: When the composite foam is manufactured by stirring and mixing a polyol solvent, isocyanate and a biomass bulk filler, the biomass bulk filler is treated in advance so that its liquid absorbing properties are inhibited.
