PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant waste water feed device which is trouble-free and enables stably discharging a specified quantity of raw water at all times from the device. SOLUTION: This constant waste water feed device with fixed quantity is composed of a raw water tank 1 which stores the raw water, a measuring tank 2 which discharges a specified quantity of the raw water supplied from the raw water tank 1 toward a treating apparatus, a pump 3 for the raw water tank which sends the raw water from the raw water tank 1 to the measuring tank 2, a storage tank 4 which stores the excessive amount of the raw water supplied to the measuring tank 2 and a pump 5 for the storage tank which supplies the raw water stored in the storage tank 4 to the measuring tank 2. The raw water is supplied from the pump 3 for the raw water tank to the measuring tank 2, the raw water is discharged with a specified quantity QC from the measuring tank 2, at the same time, the flow rate QP-QC which is a surplus for the treating device is stored in the storage tank 4 from the measuring tank 2, therefore, there is no energy loss and the wear of the pump 5 for the storage tank can be prevented.
