PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fire extinguishing device, with which responsiveness to fire occurrence is satisfactory and fire extinguishing chemicals can be surely discharged, concerning the automatic fire extinguishing device composed of the fire extinguishing chemicals and a fire extinguishing chemical container for storing the fire extinguishing chemicals which is of a type for destroying the fire extinguishing chemical container with the fire extinguishing chemicals. SOLUTION: In the automatic fire extinguishing device composed of the fire extinguishing chemicals and the fire extinguishing chemical container for storing the fire extinguishing chemicals, where the fire extinguishing chemicals are liquids to raise the inner pressure of the fire extinguishing chemical container by being heated, the fire extinguishing chemical container is provided with a fire detecting means to be operated by atmospheric temperature elevation caused by a fire and for destroying the fire extinguishing chemical container. In this case, an ample sealing a liquid to generate a gas by being heated, for example, is applied as a fire detecting means.
