PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abnormality from being generated in an internal apparatus by a noise occurring on a power line. SOLUTION: A noise filter circuit 162a is provided on a 5 V-line fed to a main substrate 31. An input stage capacitor 161a is arranged between the input side of the noise filter circuit 162a and the ground level, and a capacitor 163a is arranged between the output side of the noise filter circuit 162a and the ground level. A double L-type noise removing circuit is formed with the capacitor 163a and the noise filter circuit 162a. A voltage stabilizing capacitor 164a is arranged between a signal line on the rear stage of the double L-type noise removing circuit and the ground level, thereby noise can be effectively reduced.
