<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of a heater (in another word, reduction of the heater capacity) by effectively recovering heat possessed by air used for desorption, and to suppress the change of room temperature at ventilation of the room as much as possible. SOLUTION: In an adsorption and desorption apparatus, in the specified area positioned in the former side in a rotating direction than a desorption part 12 in an adsorption rotor 1, a purge part 13 for discharging residual heat possessed by the prescribed adsorption rotor 1 to air before supplied to the desorption part 12 is arranged, and the total heat exchange means for proceeding total heat exchange between indoor air discharged to outdoor and outdoor air charged into indoor is provided to discharge heat of the residual heat to air A2 for desorption supplied to the purge part 13, and the total heat exchange between indoor air discharged to outdoor and outdoor air charged into indoor is conducted.</p> |
