PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for mounting a sun visor with illumination onto a body side, which simplifies connecting operation of harnesses, improves operability, and forms a illumination circuit at a moderate price by abolishing a two-pole cable harness and two-pole harness connector. SOLUTION: A resin case 50 having a terminal 54 of the body side of the harness 60 is previously fixed to a body panel 42, a shaft 12 of the sun visor 10 with illumination is provided with a terminal 13 at a tip thereof. The terminals 54, 13 are connected by mounting a bracket 20 on the body side, and connection between the harness 60, 61 is completed simultaneously with mounting of the bracket 20 on the body side. An earth side wiring from the illumination unit 30 is brought into contact with the body side to consist an illumination circuit through conductive mounting members 22, 25 integrated with the bracket 20, a wire frame 111 and a hollow pipe 121.
