PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot/cold stimulating health promoting appliance which is more effective for the promotion of a blood circulation, and the stimulation of peripheral nerves compared with a hot/cold stimulating method. SOLUTION: This hot/cold simulating health promoting appliance is equipped with a member to contain a hot heat source in order to warm one foot sole or one palm, and a member to contain a cooling source in order to cool the other foot sole or the other palm. In this case, respective members are detachable. In addition, a means, by which the location of the member containing the hot heating source and the location of the member containing the cooling source can be alternately switched, is provided.
