PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health implement which takes advantage of the effect of tourmaline. SOLUTION: Tourmaline powder (5) is applied to projections (1) each drilled with a hole and tourmaline particles (2) built in an implement body are agitated by a vibration generator (3), by which minus ions are generated and are released from the holes (6) of the projections. The nature of the tourmaline that the tourmaline generates a large amount of the minus ions when impact is exerted thereto is utilized.
